When most women start an exercise program, they automatically end up doing several hours of cardio per week is than the norm. 2) Make higher intensity cardio work. No more 60 minutes sessions of walking on a treadmill. Here's a better way: you have a given distance, say 2 or 3 miles. What you must do is to yourself time to see how long it takes you to walk 2 miles. The next time you walk the 2 miles, you must beat your time even if only 5 or 10 seconds. And again the next time you walk the 2 miles, you must do it faster the second time.

It's a way increase the intensity of your workout to get more results in less time. And once you can not beat your best time, please not to add a slope (if you use a treadmill) and start the process again. Another option is to add bodyweight exercises throughout your Drive. Walk for 5 minutes, then pump to 10-15 and 15-25 squats. Repeat this about every 5 minutes. These 2 boards are very basic, but may produce significant results.
