Can you really burn fat and build muscle at the same time?

Whether you can burn fat and build muscle at the same Time has been a debate for some time now for all.

So you can actually burn fat and build muscle at the same time?

The answer yes and no.

Yes, you can build muscle and fat bun at the same time. The thing is, if you are using an exercise routine loss fat and fat-loss diet, you will not be able to add a lot of muscle.

This does not mean that more muscle is not a very important aspect of trying to burn fat.

The more muscle you have, your body burns more fat during exercise and for hours afterwards too. Most people think it makes them more muscle than large and bulky, but this is simply not the case.

To illustrate the point of achieving significant and bulky when trying to burn fat and build muscle, lets take a look at bodybuilders. Bodybuilders are known because they have big muscles and a small amount of body fat.

So how bodybuilders to burn fat and build muscle?

The answer is that they do it in stages. In the world in the year, this is called periodization.

When bodybuilders build muscle, your exercise routine and diet are drastically different then, when they are at the stage of losing fat. For several months, build muscle doing body part split routines and lifting heavy weight with representatives low.

Then, they will completely change your diet and exercise program when then return for trying to build muscle to try to lose fat.

So how does this apply to you? I want to see these bodybuilders build big muscles because they have a specific training phase for this.

As can be expected, the diet plays an important role in the ability to burn fat and build muscle. Try to eat high quality protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats in small meals 4-6 times per day. Aa This will help burn fat and build muscle, it will maintain its level regulated blood sugar and help control appetite.

So in conclusion, I hope you now understand more about trying to burn fat and muscle build. You can see that it is possible, but if you're on a fat loss exercise and diet program, you will not earn a lot of muscle, as (for example) a bodybuilder.
