What are good exercises/workouts to help vertical leap?
I’m wanting to know good exercises/workouts to help my vertical jump. I can grab the rim with out even running or exercising, so I want to work my legs out so that I can slam it.
Best thing you can do is get good at squats. Those alone will boost your vertical if you make each rep explosive. Every rep should be completed as fast as possible. Building that strength base will allow plyometrics to be very effective in the future. There’s good info and exercises here http://offto.net/jumpjump
