2. Do not be a victim. Maybe you come from a family who has struggled with excess weight for generations. Or you are depressed and unable to make informed decisions. Do not succumb to the victim mentality. You can do something positive to your situation around. You 're not stuck with a particular destiny, unless you renounce your desire.

3. Do not wait for a feeling. Most of the time you will not "feel" motivated. Sustainable Motivation does not begin with a feeling. It begins with a decision you make with your mind.

There chance you do not want to be a statistic, a victim or a procrastinator. It is now time to make decisions that will change the course of your life and your children. When you need motivation, just watch your precious baby. What kind of health do you want for him? Consider a healthy diet and exercise starts with you!
