best abdominal exercise at home
what exercise could i do for a averagely built male?

i would like to concentrate on loosing fat as well as building muscle and when i say exercise i mean like a list at home
for example
25 sit ups, then 25 press-ups…. that sort of thing
more of a home work out
i have an exercise ring and an abdominal pull

less fat and more muscle on my abdominal

well the best thing to do is running, it makes you loose weight, while building up muscle.try running a mile a day, and as it gets easier trying going farther distance. as far as a diet goes. eating lean meat,protein shakes, and fruits and vegetables is the best
