Home Exercise Machines?

Hey there,

Im hoping someone can suggest an exercise machine that would suit my needs. So I’m pretty active already with surfing 4 days a week which is a great exercise. But I know want to “move up to the next level” with my surfing which means i need to build some more upper body strength. I dont want to be a big muscle man, I am already relativly well toned, but skinny.

I have seen things on TV like the ab circle pro and other similar machines. Does anyone have an actuall experiance with using any of these and could vouch for it? Id appreciate any information. Going to the gym is out of the question unfortunatly.

I chose a Joe Weider home gym from Walmart. Price was right and it was better made than similar more expensive machines. There are lots of exercise machines available used such as on Craigslist. I’d suggest trying to use a machine before buying one.
